Who We Are
Matt Pentecost, the founder of Pentecost Real Estate Investments, is a native of Southern California and has a keen awareness of the local real estate market. Matt graduated from UCLA and earned his real estate broker's license in 2007. He purchased his first property in 2000 and has owned and successfully managed real estate for decades. He has developed relationships with experts in his field including brokers, vendors, contractors, attorneys, and managers.
Lauded as a Premier Host on VRBO for years, Matt is currently writing a book about the nuances of the short-term rental market.
